Shojuana Watson Ayers

Counselor

Seeking therapy is a powerful first step toward restoring your life, and I’m here to support you on that journey. My name is Shojuana Watson‑Ayers, and for more than 17 years I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families, and couples facing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.

My role as a therapist is to guide you through a meaningful healing process—helping you move from where you are now to a place of greater self‑awareness, healthier coping strategies, and renewed confidence. I believe deeply in the transformative power of therapy and strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.

I draw from several evidence‑based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, allowing me to tailor each session to your unique needs and lived experiences. No two individuals share the same story, and no single method fits everyone.

Whether you’re navigating anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or unhealthy family dynamics, I am committed to helping you foster growth, clarity, and resilience. My goal is to empower you to recognize your inner strength and move through life’s challenges with confidence and purpose.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I welcome you to reach out. Together, we can create a path forward that feels right for you.
